3. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request changes or cancel your order before it is packed.
Once your order has been packed, it is considered final, and no changes or cancellations can be made.

4. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of melted deliveries. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship only within the continental United States.
All orders are packed with dry ice to preserve freshness for up to 48 hours.

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, FedEx, or weather-related events.

We may offer recurring subscription options in the future.
Terms specific to subscription orders will be published at that time. Until then, all orders are one-time purchases only.
