  • Can I send ice cream as a gift?
    Absolutely! Add your gift message during checkout and we’ll include it in the package.
  • Can I buy multiple of the same flavor?
    Yes, as long as it’s in stock. For bulk requests, send us a message—we’re happy to help.
  • What happens if a flavor is out of stock?
    Our site only shows what’s currently in stock. If it’s not available, you won’t be able to order it—no substitutions are made.
  • Is this really Perry’s Ice Cream?
    Yes! Everything we sell is 100% Perry’s Ice Cream, shipped frozen from Buffalo, NY. We’re not owned by Perry’s—we’re loyal customers who make it easy for people across the country to enjoy their favorite flavors.
  • Is there a minimum order?
    Yes. You must order at least 2 containers (1.5 quarts each). Discounts kick in when you buy 4 or more.
  • When do you ship ice cream orders?
    We ship every Monday and Wednesday to ensure fast, frozen delivery. Orders placed after Wednesday ship the following Monday.
  • Can I choose a delivery date?
    No. We only ship on Monday and Wednesday, and delivery time depends on your location and carrier speed.
  • How is my order shipped?
    We use UPS and FedEx to deliver frozen packages with dry ice. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Do you offer local delivery?
    Yes! If you're in our delivery area, you’ll see a local delivery option at checkout.
  • Do you ship everywhere in the U.S.?
    We ship to most U.S. addresses—but not to APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii due to shipping limitations.
  • Do you offer refunds for melted ice cream?
    We don't offer refunds, but we do provide store credit if a shipment melts. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
