At Buffalo Ice Cream by Ennis, we ship Perry’s Ice Cream straight from our family to your freezer—packed with care and plenty of dry ice. This page explains how our shipping process works and what to expect after placing your order.

 Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States (48 states).
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the continental U.S.

 

Shipping Carriers & Options

 

We ship via UPS and FedEx, using insulated packaging and dry ice to keep your ice cream frozen.
We offer standard ground shipping as well as express shipping upon request. Shipping options and rates are calculated in real time at checkout.

 

 Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.
We ship only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to reduce the risk of weekend delays.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been packed and scheduled for pickup.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged separately at checkout.
Rates are based on your location and selected service level, and will include the cost shipping materials (dry ice, insulated liners, boxes, etc.).

 

How We Pack It

Your order is shipped in an insulated container with enough dry ice to last 24–48 hours in transit.
Most orders arrive frozen, even during summer months. We do our best, but once it leaves our hands, final delivery timing is up to the carrier.

 

Melted Deliveries

If your ice cream arrives melted, please contact us within 5 hours of delivery. We will ask you to send photos of the ice cream and packaging taken within 2 hours of arrival.

We offer:

• Store credit for the product value, plus

• 50% reimbursement of the shipping cost

We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to report any delay or delivery issue.

No Local Pickup or Delivery

We are an online-only shop.
All orders are shipped; we do not offer local pickup or in-person delivery.
